Cruse offers support to anybody who is struggling to cope following the death of someone close to them. Whilst grief is a natural process, Cruse recognise that it can be devastating, and offer free and confidential support to anyone in need of help and support.

The support services offered by Cruse include their national telephone helpline, which is open on weekdays from 9:30am to 5pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 8pm. The local Cambridge branch of Cruse also run a telephone helpline, which is open on weekdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Support can also be offered by email, or in the form of face-to-face or group support delivered by trained bereavement volunteers. This face-to-face support can be organised by contacting the local Cambridge branch of Cruse.
